Icon of the Seas Galveston questions
When does Icon of the Seas begin sailing from Galveston?
Icon of the Seas sails from Texas for the first time beginning August 2027, homeporting in Galveston. Itineraries and deployment are set by Royal Caribbean and are subject to change — I'll confirm the current sailing calendar when I send your options.
Can I book directly with Royal Caribbean, and why work with Dustin?
Absolutely — you can book directly with the cruise line. When you work with Dustin Jones, you have a personal travel advisor helping you compare sailings and pricing, choose the right cabin category and location, coordinate family or group travel, and prepare for embarkation. Qualifying bookings can also receive the Icon Local VIP Bonus.
How do the Dream Vacations Best Price Guarantee and $50 Galveston parking benefit work?
If you find a lower advertised rate on your qualifying cruise within 24 hours of booking, Dream Vacations will match it. See Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions. Separately, the $50 Galveston parking benefit applies to qualifying Icon of the Seas bookings made with me. The $50 Galveston parking benefit is provided by Dustin Jones with FAB Travel and Events - Dream Vacations for qualifying bookings. It is not a Royal Caribbean promotion and is not provided or sponsored by Royal Caribbean. Terms and eligibility requirements apply. The benefit is subject to qualifying booking requirements and a maximum benefit of $50 per qualifying reservation/vehicle. Full terms will be provided before booking.
Can you help choose cabins and coordinate families or groups?
Yes. I'll walk you through the differences between interior, oceanview, balcony and suite categories, talk through cabin location considerations, and match them to how you plan to use the ship. For families and groups I help keep travelers near each other where possible, coordinate multiple cabins and dining considerations, and check whether special group space is available for your sailing.
Can you help with Galveston hotels, parking and transportation?
Yes. Many Houston-area travelers stay in Galveston the night before sailing, and I can help arrange pre-cruise hotel accommodations. I can also provide guidance on getting to the Galveston cruise terminal and help you compare parking and transportation options. Transportation is not included — I'll help you review what's available and what fits your plans.
Is there any obligation when I request options?
No. There is no obligation to request your cruise options. Tell me what you're looking for, I'll send options, and you decide if and when you'd like to move forward.
